Your electronic acceptance of these Terms may form part of the agreement between you and PixelCube Academy, subject to applicable law.

PixelCube Academy provides education, training and skills-development services.

Completing a course does not automatically guarantee:

• Employment
• Freelance work
• A particular salary
• Promotion
• Admission into another institution
• Immigration or visa eligibility
• Professional licensing
• Commercial success

Results depend on factors including student participation, ability, assessment performance, experience and external employment-market conditions.

Certain PixelCube Academy programs may advertise an Employmentship pathway or other career-development opportunities.

Where offered, eligibility may depend on factors such as:

• Course completion
• Attendance
• Assessment results
• Practical performance
• Portfolio quality
• Professional conduct
• Availability of opportunities
• Additional selection criteria communicated for the relevant program

An Employmentship pathway is not an unconditional guarantee of permanent employment unless PixelCube Academy expressly confirms otherwise in writing.

Students must complete assessments honestly.

You must not:

• Submit another person's work as your own
• Allow another person to complete your assessment
• Copy prohibited material during examinations
• Manipulate assessment results
• Fabricate evidence
• Use unauthorized assistance where an assessment prohibits it

PixelCube Academy may investigate suspected academic misconduct and may invalidate assessment results or certificates where misconduct is reasonably established.

Certificates may be issued only to students who satisfy the relevant course requirements.

Requirements may include:

• Required course progress
• Assignment completion
• Examination completion
• Minimum performance standards
• Practical assessments
• Attendance requirements
• Payment obligations

PixelCube Academy may provide certificate verification mechanisms such as certificate IDs or QR codes.

Certificates may be cancelled or marked invalid where they were obtained through fraud, impersonation, serious academic misconduct or system abuse.

Where PixelCube Academy provides an Academy Pass or access to physical facilities, access may be subject to:

• Eligibility requirements
• Course milestones
• Identity verification
• Safety requirements
• Facility rules
• Opening hours
• Capacity limitations

An Academy Pass must not be transferred or used by another person unless expressly permitted.

Unless otherwise stated, course videos, graphics, written materials, software, designs, assessments, brand assets and other content made available through PixelCube Academy are owned by or licensed to PixelCube Academy.

Your enrolment gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access course materials for your own educational use.

You must not, without authorization:

• Reproduce course materials
• Redistribute videos
• Upload course content to another platform
• Sell or sublicense course materials
• Share protected download links
• Publicly display paid course content
• Copy assessments for commercial use
• Remove copyright notices
• Record and redistribute protected lessons

You must not attempt to:

• Share course access with unauthorized persons
• Circumvent video-access controls
• Bypass access tokens or authentication
• Circumvent DRM or similar protections
• Extract protected videos using unauthorized tools
• Scrape protected course materials
• Access areas of the platform without permission
• Interfere with or attack PixelCube Academy systems
• Exploit vulnerabilities
• Introduce malicious code

When using community, comments, messaging or discussion features, users must not:

• Harass other users
• Publish unlawful content
• Impersonate another person
• Upload malware
• Spam users
• Share another person's private information without authorization
• Publish course piracy links
• Engage in fraudulent activity

We may remove content or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect students, instructors or the platform.

You retain ownership of original work you submit, such as assignments or portfolio materials, subject to any separate agreement.

You grant PixelCube Academy the limited rights reasonably necessary to:

• Store your submissions
• Display them to instructors or authorized reviewers
• Assess your work
• Provide feedback
• Maintain academic records
• Operate relevant platform features

We will not use student work for public marketing without permission where such permission is required.

We aim to provide reliable access but cannot guarantee that the platform will always operate without interruption.

Access may occasionally be affected by:

• Maintenance
• Updates
• Internet failures
• Third-party outages
• Cybersecurity incidents
• Events outside our reasonable control

Where practicable, we will attempt to minimize material disruption.

PixelCube Academy may reasonably update:

• Lessons
• Course materials
• Instructors
• Software versions
• Assignments
• Schedules
• Platform features

where required to improve or maintain the course.

We will not intentionally make changes that materially remove the essential educational service purchased by a student without providing an appropriate solution consistent with applicable law.

We may temporarily restrict or terminate access where there is reasonable evidence of:

• Payment fraud
• Account sharing
• Course piracy
• Serious academic misconduct
• Security attacks
• Abuse of other users
• Material violation of these Terms
• Illegal activity

Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Sri Lankan consumer law.

PixelCube Academy may rely on third-party platforms for functions such as:

• Payments
• Email
• Video delivery
• Cloud hosting
• Authentication

Use of some external services may also be governed by the terms and privacy policies of those providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PixelCube Academy will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from the use or inability to use the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.

Any dispute will be handled subject to applicable Sri Lankan law and the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sri Lanka.
